Shipping and returns
Every order is filled by hand, sealed and sent from the United States by ground.
Shipping
- We ship to addresses in the United States only. Fragrance cannot be mailed to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
- Shipping is $9 per order, and free when your merchandise subtotal is $75 or more before tax.
- We fill and ship orders within 2 business days. Orders go by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Fragrance is flammable, so it can only travel by ground. We cannot offer air or international shipping.
- Orders of $100 or more include a complimentary 10 ml hand sanitizer, added automatically.
Returns
Decants are filled by hand from opened bottles, so every sale is final and we cannot take a decant back once it has shipped. If you are unsure about a fragrance, a 1 ml decant is the easiest way to try it first.
If something is wrong
If a decant arrives leaked, broken, or not what you ordered, email hello@lecabinetnoir.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund that item in full. You do not need to send anything back.
If a package is lost in transit, write to us once tracking shows no movement for 10 business days and we will sort it out with you.
Cancellations and changes
Email us as soon as you can. Until an order has been filled we can change or cancel it; once it has shipped, the policy above applies.
