The composition
Vivid grapefruit gives Superleggera its brisk opening. A warm amber accord develops beneath the citrus, followed by musk and a clean, woody impression. Freshness and warmth sit close together as it settles, giving the bright opening a rounded finish.
For those drawn to citrus, the attraction lies in what follows the first spray. Superleggera carries that clean, fresh character into a softer musky drydown, making it an easy scent to return to throughout the day.
How it wears
Superleggera is a daytime fragrance, fresh enough for warm weather and the office, with enough amber underneath for cooler mornings. Grapefruit leads early, then it dries into clean woods and musk with very little sweetness. Fragrantica's reviewer calls it an everyday, sporty scent that lasts and projects more than the original Eau de Toilette, while Parfumo voters rate its longevity slightly above its sillage.
