The composition
L'Exclusif puts sandalwood at the center from the first spray, creamy and smooth, with only a faint echo of the fresh Bleu opening. Cistus labdanum brings a dark, resinous depth and a soft leathery edge, and warm woody amber carries it into a dense, polished drydown.
It takes Bleu de Chanel somewhere darker and richer, suited to evenings and cooler months. A natural pick for anyone who loves sandalwood, and for Bleu wearers curious about its resinous side.
How it wears
L'Exclusif is a cool-weather, evening fragrance; Fragrantica voters lean toward fall and winter, and night over day. A brief creamy citrus nod to Bleu opens it, then sandalwood takes over, darkened by resinous labdanum and a soft leather.
