When Kevin at Now Smell This reviewed Le Labo's new Santal 33 in June 2011, the 100 ml bottle cost $220. Le Labo sells it at $348 today. House prices climb like that, slowly and in steps, and none of the house prices in our October report has changed since. The prices outside the house did move. This report sets house retail beside the gray market and personal sales for 15 of the most wanted fragrances, in US dollars, on 5 November 2026. The short answer: for the main size of each, the typical gray market price runs 17% to 53% under house retail, and the lowest runs 32% to 57% under. The 70 ml Baccarat Rouge 540 is again the exception, with a typical price above the house's own. Since 22 October the typical gray market price of Oud Wood rose 18%, while Baccarat Rouge 540, Green Irish Tweed and the 200 ml Acqua di Giò fell 12% to 16%.
How to read these prices
Every figure is for a full bottle, in US dollars before shipping and tax, as of 5 November 2026. Retail is the house's own US price. Gray market means new bottles sold by stores outside the house's own shops and authorized retailers; personal sales are what collectors ask and sell for. A range runs from the lowest price to the typical one, as the price check shows it, and each percentage is measured against the house price for the same size.
Changes are measured against the October report, dated 22 October 2026. Santal 33 joins the report this month, so it has no earlier figure here. Prices outside the house move every day, so each section links to that fragrance's live price check, and the report ends with the biggest price moves across the whole price check.
Santal 33, Le Labo
Frank Voelkl composed Santal 33 in 2011 from Le Labo's Santal 26 candle, and it was sold first at Colette in Paris. It smells of dry sandalwood and cedar with cardamom, violet and a leathery edge.
Le Labo sells the 100 ml at $348 and the 50 ml at $250. On the gray market the 100 ml runs $238 to $276, 21% to 32% under retail, one of the narrower gaps here. Personal sales run $197 to $230, 34% to 43% under. It is new to the report, so there is no October figure to compare.

Baccarat Rouge 540, Maison Francis Kurkdjian
When Now Smell This reviewed it in February 2016, the 70 ml cost $300. It is an airy, sweet amber with a burnt-sugar edge, and one of the easiest fragrances to recognize on someone else.
MFK sells the 70 ml at $360. On the gray market the 70 ml starts at $230, 36% under retail, and its typical price has come down from $430 to $371. That is still above the house's own price, so compare before you buy. Personal sales are unchanged at $115 to $199, 45% to 68% under. The 35 ml moved the other way: $230 at MFK and $195 to $219 on the gray market, 5% to 15% under, against $180 to $200 in October.

Aventus, Creed
Creed presented Aventus in the US in July 2010 at $140 for 30 ml, Now Smell This reported; the 30 ml is $270 today. Creed describes it as bergamot, a pineapple accord and smoky birch.
Creed sells the 100 ml at $510. The gray market runs $249 to $336, 34% to 51% under retail. In October it ran $289 to $354, so the lowest price is $40 lower. Personal sales are unchanged at $200 to $250, 51% to 61% under. The 50 ml is $380 at Creed and $199 to $219 on the gray market, 42% to 48% under.

Layton, Parfums de Marly
Fragrantica credits Hamid Merati-Kashani with Layton, which arrived in 2016: apple and lavender over a spiced vanilla, at its best in cold weather.
Parfums de Marly's US site sells the 125 ml at $400. The gray market runs $214 to $232, 42% to 47% under; the typical price was $241 in October. Personal sales run $175 to $185, 54% to 56% under. The 75 ml is $290 at the house and about $135 in personal sales, 53% under.

Delina, Parfums de Marly
Quentin Bisch, who made Delina in 2017, told the writer Richard Goller that the house's founder did not like its rose note at first and then reconsidered. It is a bright rose with lychee and tart rhubarb.
Parfums de Marly sells the 75 ml at $410. The gray market runs $177 to $219, 47% to 57% under, about $10 higher at both ends than in October. Personal sales run $165 to $179, 56% to 60% under, where they were in October.

Oud Wood, Tom Ford
Oud Wood was one of the twelve fragrances Tom Ford's Private Blend opened with in 2007, at $165 for 50 ml, Now Smell This reported. The same 50 ml is $300 today. Rosewood and cardamom sit over a mild, smooth oud.
Tom Ford sells the 100 ml at $460. The gray market still starts at $200, 57% under, but its typical price rose from $250 to $295, the largest rise in this report, which leaves it 36% under. Personal sales run $165 to $195, 58% to 64% under.

Tobacco Vanille, Tom Ford
Another of the first twelve. Kafkaesque's 2013 review put the 50 ml at $205, and it is $300 now. Tobacco leaf and spice over vanilla, tonka and cocoa, for cold weather.
Tom Ford sells the 100 ml at $460 and the 50 ml at $300. On the gray market the 100 ml runs $300 to $311, 32% to 35% under, up from $285 to $305. The 50 ml runs $200 to $248, 17% to 33% under. In personal sales the 100 ml is about $235, 49% under.

Green Irish Tweed, Creed
Fragrantica credits Olivier Creed and Pierre Bourdon with the 1985 original, and Bourdon went on to make Davidoff's Cool Water in 1988. Lemon verbena, iris and violet leaf sit over sandalwood.
Creed sells the 100 ml at $490. The gray market runs $210 to $230, 53% to 57% under. The typical price fell from $260, and the gray market gap is now the widest in this report. Personal sales run $150 to $190, 61% to 69% under.

Silver Mountain Water, Creed
Creed says it grew from Olivier Creed's love of skiing in the Swiss Alps. It came out in 1995: citrus, blackcurrant and tea over clean musk.
Creed sells the 100 ml at $490. The gray market runs $219 to $318, 35% to 55% under, $11 to $15 lower than in October. Personal sales, which had no figure last month, run $175 to $178, about 64% under.

Ombré Leather, Tom Ford
It began in 2016 as Ombré Leather 16, a limited Private Blend at $225 for 50 ml, according to Kafkaesque, and came back in 2018 in the Signature line at $125, Fragrantica reported. Leather with patchouli, vetiver and jasmine.
Tom Ford sells the Eau de Parfum at $240 for 100 ml and $165 for 50 ml. The gray market runs $130 to $182 for the 100 ml, 24% to 46% under, with the typical price down from $198. The 50 ml runs $97 to $120, 27% to 41% under, also lower than in October. Personal sales of the 100 ml are unchanged at $90 to $95, 60% to 63% under.

Dior released it in September 2015, made by François Demachy, then its in-house perfumer. WWD reports that it became the world's best-selling men's fragrance in 2018. Bergamot and pepper over ambroxan.
Dior sells the 100 ml at $142 and the 200 ml at $199. The 100 ml runs $95 to $118 on the gray market, 17% to 33% under; its typical price was $107 in October. The 200 ml runs $160 to $169, 15% to 20% under. Personal sales run $55 to $65 for the 100 ml and $100 to $120 for the 200 ml, 40% to 61% under.

Bleu de Chanel, Chanel
Jacques Polge, Chanel's house perfumer from 1978, made the Eau de Toilette in 2010 and the Eau de Parfum in 2014.
Chanel sells the Eau de Parfum at $173 for 100 ml and the Eau de Toilette at $142. Neither shows a gray market figure on the price check yet. In personal sales the 100 ml Eau de Parfum runs $75 to $123, 29% to 57% under, and the Eau de Toilette $105 to $115, 19% to 26% under. Both are close to October's figures.

Acqua di Giò Eau de Toilette, Giorgio Armani
Alberto Morillas made it in 1996. Citrus and salt come first, then cedar and white musk.
Armani sells the 100 ml at $130 and the 200 ml at $175. The gray market runs $60 to $72 for the 100 ml, 45% to 54% under. The 200 ml runs $95 to $103, 41% to 46% under, with the typical price down from $123 in October. Personal sales of the 200 ml run $50 to $75, 57% to 71% under.

MYSLF, Yves Saint Laurent
YSL's woody floral for men came out in 2023, and YSL says every size is refillable. Bergamot opens onto orange blossom over patchouli and woods.
YSL sells the 100 ml at $170. The gray market runs $99 to $112, 34% to 42% under, with the typical price up from $106 in October. Personal sales are unchanged at $85 to $90, 47% to 50% under.

Shalimar Eau de Parfum, Guerlain
Guerlain credits Jacques Guerlain with Shalimar and says its bottle won first prize at the 1925 Paris Decorative Arts Exhibition. Bergamot, iris and vanilla.
Guerlain sells the 90 ml at $175. The gray market runs $100 to $112, 36% to 43% under; the typical price was $116 in October. Personal sales now show a figure, $65 to $70, 60% to 63% under.

What changed, and what it means for a buyer
No house in this report changed a US price between 22 October and 5 November. On the gray market most typical prices moved by less than 10%. The larger moves were Oud Wood, up 18%, and the 100 ml Sauvage Eau de Toilette and the 35 ml Baccarat Rouge 540, each up about 10%; the 70 ml Baccarat Rouge 540 fell 14%, Green Irish Tweed 12% and the 200 ml Acqua di Giò 16%. Personal sales barely moved.
Two weeks is a short time, and prices outside the house shift from day to day as stores sell out and restock, so read one month's move as a reading and not a trend. The gaps to retail are the steadier finding: about a third to a half under on the gray market for most of these bottles, and more in personal sales.
A gray market bottle is new but bought outside the house's own shops and authorized retailers, and a bottle from a collector comes from another person, so buy from a seller you trust. If you have not worn the fragrance for a week or so, a decant costs far less than any of these bottles and tells you whether you want one.
Personal sales: the biggest rises
